Grilled Fish with Spicy Rub

Serves 4 people
Ingredients
- 1/2 T paprika
- 1/2 T cayenne pepper
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4t black pepper
- 1/4 t garlic powder
- 1/4 t onion powder
- 1 T fresh parsley, finely minced
- 4 6 oz. mahi mahi fillets
- nonfat cooking spray
Directions

Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.

In a small plastic bag, mix the paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and parsley.

Shake well and pour onto a plate.

Press the fillets into the rub and turn to cover thoroughly.

Grill the fish for 4-7 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily.
