Pumpkin Spice Hemp Protein Shake

I created this recipe the other day because I have been craving pumpkin pie flavor non stop and I figured why not incorporate the seasonal flavor into my post-workout protein shake. It tastes so yummy by the way!

Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • 2 heaping TBS of hemp powder (I like the Navita's Naturals)
  • 1 TBS raw maca powder
  • 1 TBS pumpkin pie spice
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup hemp milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut water (regular water will do)
  • add agave nectar or stevia to desired sweetness
