Collard greens with pine nuts and raisins

Ingredients

  • collard greens 2 handfulls
  • pinenuts 1/4 cup
  • 3 garlic cloves squished
  • olive oil drizzle
  • palmfull raisins
  • 2 tablespoon balsalmic vinegar

Directions

  1. ~rinse cut up collard greens.

  2. ~Toast pinenuts in pan med high, dry skillet after done transfer to plate

  3. ~ drizzle oil and garlic in pan saute a min then add damp collards 2 min cover pan

  4. ~Add raisins and pine nuts and stir a couple min

  5. ~drizzle balsalmic
