Ingredients
- 2. c white flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. soft butter
- 1 1/2 c. ripe mashed bananas
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Directions

Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Cream butter, gradually beat in sugar. Add an egg at a time, beating well after each addition.

Add mashed bananas, mix well. Blend in sifted ingredients. Fold in nuts.

Pour into greased loaf pan 9",5",3".

Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 25 mins.

Serve warm or cold with butter.
