Blueberry Bread Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 16 oz. French bread load bread, cubed (I used 14 oz.)
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese cut into cubes (I used reduced fat)
- 3 c. fresh blueberries
- 6 eggs
- 4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/4 c. maple syrup
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 10 oz. jar blueberry preserves (I used 12 oz.)
