Blueberry Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz. French bread load bread, cubed (I used 14 oz.)
  • 1 8 oz. cream cheese cut into cubes (I used reduced fat)
  • 3 c. fresh blueberries
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/4 c. maple syrup
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 10 oz. jar blueberry preserves (I used 12 oz.)
