Shaved Veggie Salad (Serves 4)

need mandoline

Ingredients

  • 2 Large Carrots, peeled
  • 2 Celery Stalks
  • 6 Radishes
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt

Directions

  1. Using a hand mandoline, shave the vegetables into thin coins.

  2. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.

  3. Serve.
