Ingredients
- 2 Large Carrots, peeled
- 2 Celery Stalks
- 6 Radishes
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 Tsp Salt

Using a hand mandoline, shave the vegetables into thin coins.
