Ingredients
- One 8-ounce pkg. fat free cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cold water
- One 4-serving size sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix (try it with Chocolate Fudge!)
- 5 tablespoons Splenda
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a large bowl whip cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add water and beat until incorporated. Add pudding mix and Splenda and beat until smooth. Add whipping cream and beat until very thick. Chill. Frosting will set up as it chills. Makes about 3 cups.
