Ingredients
- 6 tbs melted butter
- 2 cups SF vanilla wafers crushed
- 2 pkgs cream cheese softened (8 ozs each)
- 3/4 C. Splenda
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 jar SF jelly (10 oz)
- 1 C. berries of choice to match jelly

eheat oven to 350. Mix butter and crushed vanilla wafers in a 13×9 baking pan. Press firmly onto bottom of pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Beat cream cheese in a large bowl with mixer until creamy. Add splenda,eggs and vanilla; beat until well blended. Set aside. Stir jam in jar until softened. Spread evenly over crust. Sprinkle with berries. Top with cream cheese mixture. Bake 30 min or until slightly puffed. Cool completely in pan. Cut into 24 bars to serve. Store any leftovers bars in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
