Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground pork
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- Pinch of ground ginger
Directions

In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients; mix well. Shape into six patties. Fry in a skillet until meat is browned and cooked through. Yield: 6 servings.
