Granola Bars

Ingredients

  • 3ish C oats
  • 2 C Rice Krispies
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 C dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 C dried cherries, chopped

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine oats, Rice Krispies, chocolate chips, and cherries.

  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk.

  3. Stir to combine.

  4. Pour into a greased 9×13 glass baking dish and, using a spatula press gently pack the bars down a bit.

  5. Bake at 350 for ~22 minutes (a little longer if you want harder granola bars).

  6. Cool, and then slice into bars.

  7. Store in an airtight container for 1 week, or in the fridge 1 week longer.
