Au Gratin Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (2lbs) frozen hash browns
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of potato soup
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of celery soup
  • 1 container (8 oz) sour cream
  • 1 small finely chopped onion
  • 1 green pepper, minced
  • 1 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. eheat oven to 300. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

  2. Spread frozen hash browns into the bottom of the prepared pan. Mix together potato soup, celery soup, onion, green pepper & sour cream; pour the mixture over the potatoes.

  3. Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven, sprinkle with cheese and bake another 30 minutes or until cheese melts.
