Ingredients
- 1 pkg (16 oz) bow tie pasta
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 pkg (6 oz) feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 c balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 c extra virgin olive oil
- 2 c chopped fresh tomato
Directions

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook 8-10 minutes or until al dente; drain and place in ice water until cool.

Toss pasta with onion, feta, balsamic, olive oil & tomato.

Serve immediately or chill 1 to 2 hours in fridge.
