Ingredients
- 1 lb bulk pork sausage
- 2 c water
- 1 can (15 1/2 oz) chili beans, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 3/4 c uncooked long grain rice
- 1/4 c chopped onion
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
Directions

In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Transfer into slowcooker. Add the next 10 ingredients; stir well.

Cover and cook on low for 7 hours or until the rice is tender.

Stir in cheese during the last 10 minutes of cooking time.
