Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c sour cream, divided
  • 4 c chopped cooked chicken
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 3 c frozen vegetables
  • 1 c shredded cheese
  • 1 c all purpose flour

Directions

  1. at oven to 375. Mix soup & 3/4 c sour cream into baking dish. Add chicken, veg & cheese; mix. Place baking mix in medium bowl. Add remaining 1/4 c sour cream & milk; stir until stiff dough forms.

  2. Drop by heaping tablespoons into 6 mounds over chicken mixture.

  3. Bake 35 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown & chicken mixture is hot and bubbly.
