Ingredients
- 2 c fresh mushrooms, diced
- 1 c celery, sliced
- 1 c green pepper, diced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 c cooked chicken, chopped
- 1 c long grain rice, uncooked
- 2 c chicken broth
- 3/4 c Bicks Savory Tomato Relish
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2/3 c sliced almonds
- salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 325

Sautee mushrooms, celery & pepper in butter in large frying pan. Mix with remaining ingredients, except almonds. Spread in greased 2 1/2 L casserole dish.

Bake uncovered for 50 minutes. Sprinkle almonds on top.

Bake uncovered 10-15 minutes longer.
