Cheesy Chili Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 can no salt added tomatoes, drained
  • 1 can (19oz) kidney beans, rinsed
  • 1 can (100z) chicken broth
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 c Kraft Tex Mex shredded cheese

Directions

  1. Bring all ingredients except cheese to a boil in medium saucepan

  2. Simmer on low heat 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in 1/3 c cheese.

  3. Ladle into bowls. Top with remaining cheese.
