Cheddar Chicken Spirals

Ingredients

  • 3 c uncooked spiral pasta
  • 1 c mayo
  • 2/3 c milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 4 c frozen mixed veg, thawed
  • 3 c cubed cooked chicken
  • 3 c shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Directions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the mayo, milk, salt & basil. Stir in vegetables, chicken and 1 c cheese.

  2. Drain pasta; stir into vegetable mixture. Transfer to a greased 1 1/2 qt microwaveable safe dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

  3. Cover and microwave on high for 5-6 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is melted.

  4. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
