Peanut Butter Brownie Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg brownie mix
  • 1 pkg vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 1/2 c cold milk
  • 1/2 c smooth peanut butter, divided
  • 1 c thawed Cool Whip

Directions

  1. at oven to 350. Prepare brownie batter as directed on package; pour into greased 9" pie plate.

  2. Bake 30 minutes. Cool completely.

  3. Scoop out centre, leaving 1/2" thick rim around edge & thin layer of brownie on bottom. Reserve centre pieces.

  4. Beat milk & pudding mix with whisk for 2 minutes. Add 1/3 c peanut butter; mix well. Stir in whipped topping. Spoon into crust; top with reserved brownie pieces.

  5. Microwave remaining peanut butter in microwaveable bowl on High for 1 minute; stir and drizzle over pie.

  6. Refrigerate 2 hours or until pie is set.

  7. Refrigerate left overs.
