Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch

Ingredients

  • 1 c white sugar
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 3 c sliced fresh strawberries
  • 3 c diced rhubarb
  • 1 1/2 c flour
  • 1 c packed brown sugar
  • 1 c butter
  • 1 c rolled oats

Directions

  1. eheat oven to 375.

  2. In a large bowl, mix sugar, 3 tbsp flour, strawberries & rhubarb. Place the mixture in a 9×13 baking dish.

  3. Mix 1 1/2 c flour, brown sugar, butter and oats until crumbly. You may want to use a pastry blender for this.

  4. Crumble on top of the rhubarb & strawberry mixture.

  5. Bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven or until crisp & lightly browned.
