Ingredients
- 1 c butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1 1/2 c icing sugar
- 2 1/2 c flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
Directions

In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Add egg and extracts. Combine flour, baking soda, cream of tartar; gradually add to the creamed mixture and mix well.

Chill for at least one hour.

On a surface lightly sprinkled with icing sugar, roll out the dough to 1/8" thickness.

Cut into desired shapes. Place on ungreased baking sheets.

Bake at 350 for 7-8 minutes
