Turkey Noodle Bake

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon or 3 cubes Wyler's® Chicken-Flavor instant bouillon
- 1/2 package (8 ounces) wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
- 2 cups cubed cooked turkey
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen broccoli cuts, thawed
- Vegetable cooking spray
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
Directions

- Stir the milk, flour and bouillon in a 3-quart saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until the mixture is thickened. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the noodles, yogurt, turkey and broccoli.

- Spray a 2-quart baking dish with the cooking spray. Spoon the turkey mixture into the baking dish. Top with the cheese. Cover the baking dish.

- Bake for 25 minutes or until the turkey mixture is hot and bubbling.
