Chinese-Style Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 small red or green pepper, cut into 2-inch-long strips (about 1 cup)
- 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell's® Chicken Gravy
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 4 cups hot cooked regular long-grain white rice
Directions

- Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until it’s browned, stirring often. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.

- Add the broccoli and pepper and cook until they’re tender-crisp, stirring often. Return the chicken to the skillet.

- Stir the gravy, soy and ginger in the skillet and ccok until the chicken is cooked through. Serve over the rice.
