Black Forest Cherry Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. chocolate cake mix (w/o pudding in the mix)
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 3 eggs
  • Powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Beat eggs and oil together.

  2. Combine with cake mix and cherry pie filling.

  3. Mix well; batter should be lumpy because of the cherries.

  4. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.

  6. Cool pan 25 minutes then invert on rack to finish cooling.

  7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or drizzled frosting.
