Ingredients
- 5 lbs. potatoes
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 pinto sour cream
- dash onion salt

Peel, boil, and mash potatoes

Add butter, cream cheese, sour cream and onion salt
