Jeanene’s Potatoes

Serves 15 people

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs. potatoes
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 pinto sour cream
  • dash onion salt

Directions

  1. Peel, boil, and mash potatoes

  2. Add butter, cream cheese, sour cream and onion salt

  3. Beat well

  4. Bake 350 for 30 minutes
