Ingredients

• 2 cans Shoe Peg white corn
• 1/2c sour cream
• 1/2c mayo
• 1/2c chopped onion
• 1 can rotel
• 2c shredded cheddar cheese (mild or sharp)

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate. Serve with Frito scoops.
