Ingredients
- 3-4 russet potatoes (chopped)
- 3-4 tablespoon of garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon of rosemary
- 3 sticks of celery (chopped)
- 1-2 carrots (chopped)
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 4 cups of milk
- parmesan rind
- A small chunk or two of cheddar
Directions

Saute garlic, celery, and carrots in butter for 2-3 minutes.

Add potatoes and water to cover potatoes. Add spices and cook potatoes until soft.

Add milk and cheese. Simmer until cheese is completely gone and potatoes begin to break down. Add a tablespoon or two of flour to thicken.
