Fruit crumble

Use any fruit which is sharp, stew with sugar to taste before topping with crumble.

Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup self-raising flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 80 g butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup oats

Directions

  1. Grease oven proof dish (5 cup capacity).

  2. Add cooked and sweetened fruit (not too sweet).

  3. Combine flour and cinnamon in a bowl.

  4. Rub in butter and then stir in sugar and oats.

  5. Sprinkle over fruit.

  6. Bake 30 minutes at 180°C.
