Fruit crumble

Use any fruit which is sharp, stew with sugar to taste before topping with crumble.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup self-raising flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 80 g butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup oats
Directions

Grease oven proof dish (5 cup capacity).

Add cooked and sweetened fruit (not too sweet).

Combine flour and cinnamon in a bowl.

Rub in butter and then stir in sugar and oats.

Sprinkle over fruit.

Bake 30 minutes at 180°C.
