Fish Tostadas w/ Chili-Lime Cream

Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh fish
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 lime (halved)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Tostada shells
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 avacado (sliced)
- 1 cup tomatoes
- Pepper Sauce
Directions

Preheat broiler.

Sprinkle fish with 1/4 tsp of the chili powder and 1/4 tsp salt.

For chili-lime cream, in a bowl squeeze 2 tsps juice from half of lime, stir in sour cream, garlic powder and remaining chili powder; set aside.

Cut remaining lime wedges and save for serving.

Place fish on unheated, greased broiler rack (tuck under thin edges).

Place tostada shells on baking sheet on lower rack and broil fish 4-6 mins per 1/2 " of thickness until fish flakes with fork on upper rack.

Break into chunks and serve on tostada shells with cabbage, chili-lime cream, avacado, lime, tomato and pepper sauce.
