Easy Pita Chips

Ingredients

  • 4 Pitas
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan (2 oz)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and Pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400F

  2. Split the pitas horizontally to make 8 rounds.

  3. Brush the insides of the pitas with oil

  4. Cut the round into wedges and divide between 2 baking sheets

  5. Sprinkle with the Parmesan, oregano, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp of pepper.

  6. Bake until golden brown and crisp (10-12 mins)
