Ingredients
- 2 lbs of frozen cubed hash browns
- 2 C cubed or shredded american cheese
- 1 pint sour cream
- 10 and 3/4 oz cream of celery soup
- 10 and 3/4 oz cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 lb sliced bacon, cooked anc crumbled
- 1 medium onion
- 1/4 C butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp pepper

place potatoes in slow cooker

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes

mix well

cook on low for 4-5 hours or until potatoes are tender
