Creamy hash browns in a slow cooker

Cook time: 240 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of frozen cubed hash browns
  • 2 C cubed or shredded american cheese
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 10 and 3/4 oz cream of celery soup
  • 10 and 3/4 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 lb sliced bacon, cooked anc crumbled
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/4 C butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. place potatoes in slow cooker

  2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes

  3. mix well

  4. cover

  5. cook on low for 4-5 hours or until potatoes are tender
