Ingredients
- 9 Inch baked pie shell
- 1/3 Cup Hershey's Cocoa
- 1 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Cornstarch
- 1/4 TSP Salt
- 3 Cups Milk
- 3 TBSP Butter
- 1 1/2 TSP Vanilla
Directions

Prepare pie shell. Cool

Combine Cocoa, sugar, cornstarch and salt in a medium saucepan.

Blend in milk until smooth.

Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils.

Boil for 3 minutes.

Remove from heat.

Stir in butter and vanilla.

Pour into pie shell.

Press plastic wrap onto surface.

Chill 3 to 4 hours

Served with sweetened whipped cream.
