Black Bean Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 15 oz black beans (reserve some liquid)
  • 2 Tbl lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 Tbl tahini
  • 3/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Directions

  1. Process in food processor.

  2. Add reserve liquid if needed.

  3. A little less than 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper when kids will be eating.
