Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 15 oz black beans (reserve some liquid)
- 2 Tbl lemon juice
- 1 1/2 Tbl tahini
- 3/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Directions

Process in food processor.

Add reserve liquid if needed.

A little less than 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper when kids will be eating.
