Mom’s Broccoli and Cheese Casserole

Yummy holiday casserole!

Ingredients
- 2 packages of frozen broccoli; microwave each 5-7 minutes each
- 2 eggs
- 1 package cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of mayo (Hellmann’s light)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tube of Ritz cracker crumbs
- Pats of butter
Directions

Cook broccoli; beat eggs

Add mayo, cream of mushroom soup, and cheese; add broccoli

Put mixture in a casserole dish; spread cracker crumbs on top

Add pats of butter to the crackers

Bake at 325 for 45 minutes
