Skinny Caramel Espresso

Ingredients
- 12 oz. of espresso (or just make double-strength coffee)
- 12 oz. low-fat milk
- 4 Tbsp Smuckers sugar-free caramel topping
- 8 Equal packets (or your equivalent sugar substitute)
Directions

Heat milk for approximately 4 minutes in microwave-safe container (Pyrex measuring cup is perfect)

In 2 large coffee mugs, half fill with espresso, add sweetener.

Once milk is steaming hot (not boiling), dissolve caramel topping into milk.

Divide the milk between the 2 mugs
