Caesar Salad Chicken

This is my favorite “go to” meal when I’m in a crunch and I don’t feel like thinking. Very yummy, quick, easy, and cheap!

Ingredients

  • 1-2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Caesar dressing
  • Pantry bag of Ricotta and Spinach Tortellini
  • Bag of salad

Directions

  1. Chop up chicken in 1/2 inch slices and sauté with olive oil in skillet until cooked through and brown on both sides

  2. Add some Caesar dressing and cook until warm

  3. Meanwhile make tortellini according to package

  4. Drain tortellini and toss with chicken

  5. Add to salad, serve, and enjoy.

  6. *You could also omit chicken and add cannellini beans to make it a hearty vegetarian dish
