Fudge Sauce

Serves 4 people
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup light cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions

Put all ingredients, except vanilla extract, into sauce pan. Bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring constantly.

Turn heat to medium and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove sauce from heat. Stir in vanilla. Serve ht or cold.
