Ingredients
- 1 package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups fruit (berries, sliced kiwi, peaches, strawberries, etc.)
Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Press cookie dough onto pizza stone, leaving 1 1/2 inch margin.

Bake for 16 to 18 minutes until lightly browned. Cool completely.

Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract in a small mixer bowl until smooth. Spread evenly over cooled cookie crust, leaving 1/2 inch at edge.

Arrange fruit on top of cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate for one hour.

Cut into slices and serve.
