Teena’s Pasta

Ingredients

  • fettuccine
  • 2 bunches asparagus
  • 4 oz. creamy goat cheese
  • 2 T. grainy mustard
  • 1/4 c. pine nuts
  • 2 T. snipped fresh dill leaves
  • coarse salt & ground pepper

Directions

  1. toast nuts, cook 3/4 lb fettuccine. Add asparagus last 5 minutes. Reserve 1 c. pasta water return 1 c. water, asparagus, & pasta to pot & toss with remaining ingredients
