Thai Green Curry Chicken

Ingredients

  • Green Curry Paste 1 Can (4 oz)
  • Coconut Milk 2 cups
  • Diced Chicken 700g
  • Any Diced Vegetable (egg plants, squash, tufo ...)
  • Basil leaves

Directions

  1. Cut chicken and vegetables to small pieces

  2. Marinated chicken with salt, sugar, cooking wine and corn starch

  3. Mix green curry paste with coconult, stir while boiling for about 5 minutes

  4. Put in marinated chicken and water if needed

  5. Add vegetables. Cook at lower heat until everything is ready to eat.

  6. Sprinkle with sweet basil and serve.
