Ingredients
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 t. salt
- 1/8 t. pepper
- 1lb. peeled and thinly sliced potatoes
- 2 t. butter or margarine
- 1 med. onion chopped
- 2 c. buttermilk
- Pinch of paprika
Directions

In shallow dish, combine flour, salt and pepper.

Dredge potatoes into the flour mixture and place in the shallow 2 quart baking dish.

In a small skillet, heat butter and add onion.

Saute about minutes or until tender.

spoon onion over potatoes and pour over the top.

Sprinkle with paprika and bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until potatoes are tender.
