Double Layer Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredients
- 4 OZ. Philadelphia Cream Cheese Soften (microwave on high 15-20 sec.)
- 1 Teaspoon milk
- 1 Teaspoon sugar
- 1 1/2 Cups Thawed Cool Whip
- 1 Prepared Graham Cracker Crust (6 oz.)
- 1 Cup Cold Milk
- 2 Pkg. (4 serving) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
- 2 Cans (17 oz.) Whole Sweet Potatoes in Syrup, Drained, mashed
- 1 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp. Ground Ginger
- 1/4 Tsp. Ground cloves

MIX cream cheese, 1 Tsp. milk and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Gently stir whipped topping. spread on bottom of crust.

POUR 1 cup cold milk into large bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 1 min.(will thicken) Stir in sweet potatoes and spices with wire whisk until well mixed. Spread over cream cheese layer.

REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until set.
