Funeral Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Frozen hash browns (2 lb.Package)
  • 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 16oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 small onion diced
  • 1/2 butter
  • 1 c. longhorn cheese shredded & divded
  • 4 slices bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 1 c. crushed corn flakes

Directions

  1. Put frozen hash browns in microwave safe bowl cook for 10-15 minutes in microwave.

  2. While hash browns are cooking in a seperate bowl combine soup and sour cream. In a small skillet combine butter and onion and saute until onions are tender.

  3. Add hash browns, onions and soup mixture.

  4. and 1/2 c. cheese. Mix well and pour into a 9 × 13 baking dish. Mix bacon, 1/2 cheese and corn flakes. Sprinkle on top of potatoes and warm through @ 350 for about 30-45 minutes.
