Hawaiian Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 3 small packages instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 cups cold milk
  • 1 8oz package cream cheese softened
  • 1 20 oz. can crushed pinapple, well drained
  • 1 16 oz Cool Whip
  • 2 c. flaked coconut,toasted

Directions

  1. Mix cake according to package directions. Pour into 2 greased 13 × 9 baking dishes. Bake @ 350 for 15 minutes or until the cake tests done. Cool completely.

  2. In a large mixing bowl combine pudding mixes and milk, beat for 2 minutes. Add the cream cheese and beat well. Stir in the pinapple. Spread over both cooled cakes. Top with cool whip and toasted coconut.
  3. Chill for 2 hours.

  4. Prepared dessert can be covered and frozen for up to 1 month.
