Ingredients
- 3/4 c shortening
- 1 1/2 c brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/4 c flour
- 1 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1 1/2 t nutmeg
- 3/4 t salt
- 3/4 t soda
- 3/4 c dairy sour cream
- 3/4 c jellied cranberry sauce
- 3/4 c chopped nuts
Directions

Cream shortening and sugar together thoroughly. Add eggs and beat well. Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternating with sour cream and cranberry sauce, beating until smooth.

Grease and flour 13 × 9 in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Frost with cream cheese frosting.
