Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. stew meat
- 1/4 tsp. celery seed
- 1/4 c. minute tapioca
- 1 lg can diced tomatoes
- 1 can water
- 4 med potatoes peeled and cubed
- 2 med carrots peeled and sliced
- 2 celery stalks diced
- 1/2 small onion diced
- salt and pepper
Directions

raw meat in a dutch oven or large oven proof pan w/lid. Layer vegetables, then sprinkle with salt and pepper, celery seed and the minute tapioca. Add tomatoes and water. Cover and bake 5 hours @ 250.
