Ingredients
- 15 1 oz. hamburger patties
- 15 pepperidge farm butter dinner rolls
- 1 tsp french fry seasoning
- 15 mini american cheese slices
- 2 oz Bennigans Special Sauce
- 3 oz. Shredded lettuce
Directions

Place the patties on a broiler pan at 375 degrees or on a heated charcoal grill.

Brush the rolls with melted butter and place on the side of the grill or broiler.

After approx 1 1/2 minutes turn the hamburgers season with french fry seasoning then place the heese slices on top.

Continue to cook the hamburgers for an additional 1/2 minute.

Remove the toasted rolls and seperate into individual pieces.

Dab each roll, top and bottom with about 1/2 tsp (total) special sauce.

Place the cooked hamburger on a sauced bottom portion of the roll.

Evenly top each hamburger with 1 tbsp of shredded lettuce and cover with top part of the bun.
