Pinapple Cake

Ingredients
- 1 16oz can crushed pinapple, pour a little of the juice off
- 2c. sugar
- 2c. flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Icying:
- 1 c. coconut
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1c. chopped nuts
- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 1 c. sugar
Directions

Combine all the cake ingredients in a bowl and stir with a spoon. Pour into a greased 9 × 13 baking pan.

Icying:

In a med. saucepan combine all icying ingredients and cook and until comes to a boil, boil 1 minute.

Pour warm icying on cake when it comes out of the oven
