Pinapple Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 16oz can crushed pinapple, pour a little of the juice off
  • 2c. sugar
  • 2c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Icying:
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1c. chopped nuts
  • 1 stick margarine or butter
  • 1 c. sugar

Directions

  1. Combine all the cake ingredients in a bowl and stir with a spoon. Pour into a greased 9 × 13 baking pan.

  2. Icying:

  3. In a med. saucepan combine all icying ingredients and cook and until comes to a boil, boil 1 minute.

  4. Pour warm icying on cake when it comes out of the oven
