Carmel Popcorn

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 c. light brown sugar
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 gallons popped popcorn

Directions

  1. In large pan combine light brown sugar and corn syrup, bring to a good boil.

  2. Add butter and sweetened condensed milk.

  3. Cook slowly over low heat to soft ball stage.

  4. Put popcorn in large bowl and pour carmel over popcorn stirring as you go.

  5. Spread two long pieces of wax paper on counter. Spread corn on wax paper to let dry. Enjoy!
