Cinda’s Homemade Gluten

Ingredients

  • 1-2 tsp Chicken Seasoning
  • 3 Cups Gluten Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 3 + 12 cups warm water
  • 1/2 + 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 3 Tb Olive Oil
  • 3 Tb Vegex
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cups celery
  • 2 cloves garlic

Directions

  1. Mix together Chicken Seasoning, gluten flour and whole wheat flour, then add 3 cups water and 1/4 cup soy sauce.

  2. Roll and cut.

  3. Boil 12 cups water, 1/2 soy sauce, olive oil, vegex, onion, celery and garlic.

  4. Drop in gluten and boil 30 min.

  5. Bake 1-2 hours.

  6. OPT: Mix together 1 cup Catalina dressing, 1 package lipton onion soup mix, and 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce. Pour over and bake.
