Ingredients
- 8" baked Pastry Shell
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 2 - 1 oz squares Unsweetened Chocolate, melted & cooled
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 Eggs, unbeaten
Directions

Cream butter at low speed.

Gradually add sugar, creaming well.

Blend in chocolate and vanilla.

Add eggs, with mixer at medium speed, one at a time, beating 3 to 5 minutes after each.

Spoon into baked pastry shell.

Chill 2 hours.

Serve with whipped cream and walnuts, if desired.
